1. CH i PS (Chhattisgarh infotech Promotion Society) is promoted by the State Government for acting asthe prime mover for IT in the State and is Chairedby the Chief Minister (Head of the State Government).It acts as the technological backbone of ISS.

  2. A private partner selected through open-competitive-transparent bidding for three years at a time. The presentpartner is AISECT, an IT Education Society

  3. UNDP is funding the People's Report (State's Human Development Report) initiative whereinthe ISS girls would be involved in the creationof a Citizen's Database and a Village ResourcesDatabase that would be used in the CHO i CE Project.
    Also, UNDP is meeting a part of the CHO
    i CE Project cost.

  4. NCST (National Centre for Software Technology) is assisting with a platform independent scaleableend-to-end local language solution.

  5. Three Local Governments of Mahasamund, Bagbahra and Fingeshwar Blocks in the State are providingUS$ 511,000 for the CHOi CE initiative to network all their 246 VillageCouncils headquarter villages seamlessly withISS girls as the volunteer corps for this.

  6. NIC (National Informatics Centre) is providing support in terms of use of NICNET, Video Conferencingfor training and IT personnel.
