As Internet is a network of Computers, Society isa network of Human Beings. Coalescing the two createsthe architecture for a seamlessly networked society.
In CHO
i CE, ISS volunteers would share networked handheldcommunity computers in villages and would route informationand information-enabled services of local relevance. In the process, they would emerge as technology resourcepersons and community leaders in a society wheretraditionally girls have been marginalised. Leadershipand empowerment will be the core incentive for them.Since maximising monetary returns would not be the motivation, they would ensure seamless access to information for empowerment the 'last person' in society.

The costs involved in taking technology seamlessly to every person on individual basis in a State where35% are still illiterate and 40% live below the povertyline are daunting. Instead, in CHO
i CE, the technological network would reach in a portablefashion to the village and the human network wouldprovide information access on a shared communitybasis. This would bridge the last lap of 'last personconnectivity' in a cost-effective manner.
